Dr. Soung Kim

Dr. Kim grew up in Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, and New York. He went on to complete his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Kim initially believed he wanted a career in Chemical Engineering until he felt it was missing the ‘Human Element and Impact’. His time as an intern at SABEResPODER (non-profit) influenced his perspective that "it’s in our Human DNA to help and serve other humans".

He was trained at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and since then, never left Massachusetts or the South Shore. He strictly believes in preventive, comprehensive, and customized treatment plans and their relationship to systemic health.

Dr. Kim approaches education and oral health as a "Marathon, not a race, a lifelong journey". He continuously updates himself with the latest continuing education courses and literature to provide care in the most optimal way possible.

In his limited spare time, he enjoys running marathons with his wife and fundraising for a good cause, reading a good book, trying new gastronomic experiences, and exploring different sites and cultures through the lens of locals.

Dr. Kim is Fluent in Spanish & Korean and understands Portuguese.
